His career spans Fortune 100 / FTSE 100 leadership, global strategy and delivery, and board governance — uniting purpose with performance at every level of business.

A recognized thought leader in inclusive leadership and organizational strategy, Ray brings a unique breadth of experience. He has held substantial P&L accountability, oversight of $1B+ capital investments, leadership of large teams, and is an exceptional and compelling communicator. He has held c-suite roles in external affairs, corporate philanthropy, and human resources.

Dempsey has a proven track record of navigating complex challenges and delivering results, especially in times of crisis. Ray was called on by BP to represent the company during one of the most challenging corporate crises in history – the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010. He was featured in national media, and successfully testified before the US Congress on three occasions.

Ray Dempsey, Founder & Principal

Board & Leadership Affiliations

Ray is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the preeminent organization dedicated to advancing global Black executives.

He serves as Vice Chair and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Kansas State University Foundation, and is a Trustee & Member of the Executive Committee for Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C.

Ray also serves as a Special Advisor for DIAL Global, a UK-based consultancy driving commercial performance and social impact through inclusive leadership and equitable, innovative cultures.

Ray has previously served on the boards of a number of national non-profit organizations, including the National Urban League, the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute.
