Ray retired in 2024 from his role as Group Chief Diversity Officer at Barclays Bank, where he distinguished himself as a global leader in achieving meaningful and measurable progress in corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to Barclays, he served as Chief Diversity Officer for BP America and President of the BP Foundation. Reporting directly to the BP America Chairman and President, Ray led a wide-ranging portfolio encompassing workforce diversity, supplier diversity, national strategic relationships, and corporate philanthropy.
